1) The Booking Process
“I said it from the second I found you how sure I was of my choice and I was right! You were worth the months of searching for sure!”
Firstly, we always encourage a video call before booking. One of our number one recommendations for couples looking to hire wedding suppliers is to speak with them beforehand, whatever that service may be. The interaction you have with your suppliers can be just as important as the product or service they’re supplying you with.
If you’re looking to go ahead and book, the booking process is super simple:
Deposit. The deposit to lock in your booking is £250.
Booking Form. Along with the deposit, to confirm your booking there is a brief form to fill in (name, address, T&C’s etc.)
Super simple!
“As soon as we’d watched Nick’s films and had our first meeting with him, we knew we had to book him to film our wedding”
2) Before the wedding
“Nick has been absolutely amazing from start to finish! The pre-wedding admin and communications were great”
We’re always available before and after the wedding - just reach out if you have any questions or want to talk anything over.
About a month before the wedding, we’ll arrange a virtual meeting to discuss all the plans for your day in detail. This is so we know exactly what’s happening ahead of time and are fully prepared.
On the day itself, we’ll have everything scheduled and organised, so you won’t have to deal with questions while you’re busy soaking up the moments with your loved ones.
“Nick took so much interest in how we wanted our film to look and you can totally see that in our final edits”
3) On the day
“They were professional, but most importantly, incredibly welcoming and friendly - We felt like they were just some of our friends at our wedding”
We’re laid-back and love to blend into the background. Most people aren’t fans of having a camera in their face all day, so we stay subtle and focus on capturing natural, candid moments. We avoid directing or posing anything, adopting a documentary approach to record your day exactly as it unfolds.
For your portrait shots, we work alongside your photographer to capture everything in one go. The priority is you enjoying and experiencing your wedding, so we work as efficiently as possible to make sure that happens.
“Their warm, kind, and professional presence made us feel completely at ease, allowing us to be fully present while they worked their magic behind the scenes”
4) After the wedding
“It was breathtaking.
Every moment felt so thoughtfully woven together, allowing us to relive the magic in the most incredible way”
When it comes to the edit, we aim to get your Teaser film to you as quickly as possible. We want you to have something to enjoy and share on social media or with your friends and family whilst you’re still basking in the glow of the day.
We then review the footage, draft a plan, select key dialogue, explore music options and collaborate on the edit to craft a unique and bespoke wedding film.
Our wedding films are curated with thought and intention. From the length of every clip to the swells in the music, we consider every detail.
